GSMK demonstrates new systems for management of closed user groups and IMSI Catcher defense at Milipol Paris from 19-22 October 2021

Paris, France, October 2021 – Mobile security expert GSMK is demonstrating two key components of large-scale mobile network defense operations at Milipol 2021, the leading event for homeland security and safety:

The GSMK CryptoPhone® Group Manager allows large organizations to establish secure communications networks that span multiple departments and organizations. Its unique capability to not only define individual closed user groups within large communications networks and automatically synchronize contacts across multiple platforms, but also set up bidirectional as well as unidirectional communication relationships that accurately reflect the respective organization’s communication structure makes it perfectly suited for large institutions introducing or overhauling end-to-end encrypted communication networks.

On the network defense side, the latest-generation GSMK Overwatch® remoteSIM server demonstrated at Milipol augments the GSMK Overwatch network defense system for the automated detection, localization and neutralization of rogue base stations and IMSI Catchers. The remoteSIM server allows mobile identities to be flexibly assigned to large networks of distributed sensors from a central location. The latest generation can be scaled to tens of thousands of sensors distributed across large geographical areas, making the GSMK Overwatch system the only true strategic defense system for cellular air interface security.
